This case study describes the onset and development of a bully clique at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Trust, UK, with extensive analysis of how & why this was possible despite sic] 'robust anti bullying systems'. The author was one of four whistle-blowers ignored by the Trust, which remains in denial. The book highlights lacunas in systems which enable toxic Trusts to cover-up for rogue seniors (false loyalty), commonly disbelieving whistle-blowers. Such behaviour is dangerous in the light of sociopathic professionals invading the NHS, with Trusts and CQC seemingly unable to perceive the danger at all levels. Whistleblowers are still not entirely protected by updates on Whistle-blower Law, a matter which is the subject of a proposed Enquiry by the Secretary of State for Business & Trade.
