Bank of America says the problem with Zelle transactions is resolved

Customers of Bank of America have reported that they do not have any money in their accounts, including funds from Zelle transactions and deposits.

For the past two decades, Rey Garcia has entrusted Bank of America with his money.

However, when he realized that other people were experiencing the issue, he went to check his own account.

Garcia stated, "I was surprised, like, whoa." I therefore examined my transactions. I had about fifteen distinct Zelle transactions. Because I don't recall doing all of that in one day, that was like a red flag for me right there."

He claims that nearly $700 vanished from his account. He attempted to reach customer service but was unsuccessful.
