Michael L. Sanz is an educator who served twenty-five years in public and private schools. He has worn several hats as a Biology teacher, coach, athletic director, and administrator. Mike was a middle school and high school principal in both New Hampshire and South Carolina. Along with completing this book, Mike has chaired several charitable fundraisers, led marine biology tours as a kayak guide, and written several articles for Low Country, SC magazines. Topics have included anti-bullying strategies, parenting, educational reform, environmental sustainability, and cultural activities in South Carolina. He and Kathleen live on Hilton Head Island, SC. Both kids are off pursuing their dreams!
