This publication, Department of the Army Pamphlet DA PAM 700-142 Logistics: Instructions for Type Classification, Material Release, Fielding and Transfer July 2014, is a major revision to the 2010 version. It outlines procedures for and implementation of the policy contained in Army Regulation AR 700-142.
