Hospitals have used different Lean elements in their design process, each with varying results. As the face of healthcare has started to reshape, so should the design process. This book provides a transformational roadmap to the hospital design process. The author builds his case for a sustainable approach to design called the Integrated Healthcare Design 2.0.
