About the Author
Arthur S. Hayes is an associate professor at Fordham University in New York. He holds a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and before joining academia, he worked as a journalist for several news outlets, including the American Lawyer, the National Law Journal, and the Wall Street Journal.
