David Richards is Professor of Mental Health at the University of York. Pamela Myles is the production manager for the Primary Care Graduate Mental Health Worker e-learning programme at Trent Workforce Development Confederation. She is also the Distance Learning Lead for the Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland Mental Health NHS Trust.
