Stephan Keukeleire holds a Jean-Monnet Chair in European Foreign Policy at the University of Leuven (KUL) and is Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. Tom Delreux is Associate Professor of EU Politics at the Institut de Sciences politiques, Louvain-Europe (ISPOLE) of the University of Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve) in Belgium and Director of the Centre for European Studies.
